+verb's latest EP Solar Heat Traveller out of Vermin Street includes three original tracks and four remixes. These tracks continue to develop +verb's deep, glitchy psychedelic, dubstep sound even further. +verb's tracks all seem to have a floaty interplay between piano like synths and deep bass lines that makes me think of songs a robot would write over his lost love. Throughout all of the tracks on this EP a hint of melancholy pervades that adds a depth of emotion to the song making them more than just a song for the dancefloor.
This EP also includes remixes by I Can Haz Arp, Knight Riderz, Dev 79 and Freddy Todd. The standout remix is definitely Knight Riderz remix of Puddleglum which turns a deep and thoughtful track into a crazed psychedelic dance floor rager.
